Rapid Response

Paramount always strives to be on-site, getting the process started within 2 hours of a loss report. Rapid response limits the spread of water damage.

Assessment & Action

Paramount’s Emergency Response Manager begins working with the on-site team to document damages and plan the next steps in restoration after the initial emergency call.

Remediation and Restoration

Depending on the cause of your loss, Paramount can coordinate abatement and provide remediation as needed. Our goal is the restoration of your property as soon as possible. 

Ongoing Communication

The Emergency Response Manager continues to coordinate resources and manage the restoration process, keeping all materially interested parties informed at every step of the way with daily written communication.
